DispatchCheck
Founder review · synthetic schedules onlyCustomer launch pending

For teams who dispatch from a spreadsheet

A small schema. A clear handoff.

A focused tool for reviewing a fixed-format schedule CSV. Explicit rules, original examples and an honest launch status.

Seven columns, one declared meaning

Use these exact headers once. CSV quoting handles commas inside cells. Keep every row aligned with the header; do not include extra footer totals. Maximum customer input is 2 MB and 2,000 jobs; free analysis is capped at 25 rows after launch.

FieldMeaning
job_idRequired stable job ID; duplicate IDs are exceptions.
crew_idRequired stable crew ID; no inferred worker composition.
start / endRequired full ISO timestamps with seconds and Z or ±HH:MM. End must be later.
window_start / window_endHeaders required. Supply both timestamps or leave both blank; blank is unchecked.
buffer_minutesHeader required. Nonnegative minutes after this job; blank is unchecked.

Fictional jobs and crews only. No customer records.

What the output contains

Exceptions carry severity, rule, source rows and job identifiers. Reviewed rows preserve the source values and are not a repaired schedule. Formula-like spreadsheet cells are neutralized in downloaded files. Keep original CSVs for your own record.
